At Momentum EMEA we often say: we make people happy. That sounds simple, but for us it is more than a nice phrase. It is how we work, how we deal with customers and above all how we treat each other.

That is why we are proud that Momentum EMEA is now officially Great Place to Work certified.

Not because a certificate was a goal in itself, but because it confirms what we try to build every day: an organisation where people enjoy working, feel seen and get the space to grow.

From ambition to confirmation

Our One Page Strategic Plan sets a clear ambition: we want to be among the best employers. Not as a stand-alone HR project, but as part of our strategy.

Because happy customers start with happy employees.

To make that ambition tangible, we have been running employee satisfaction surveys for years. Not just to have a report, but to really listen. What is going well? Where can we do better? Where is the energy? And where do we need to sharpen up?

Earlier this year, that produced another strong confirmation. The eNPS score of 79 was high and engagement was strong. The step to Great Place to Work certification therefore felt like a logical one.

A Trust Index of 96%

For the certification, Great Place to Work measures the Trust Index, among other things. That score shows how much trust employees experience within the organisation.

Momentum EMEA achieved a Trust Index of 96%.

In addition, 97% of our employees completed the survey. And it is exactly that response rate that makes us proud. It shows that colleagues are engaged and take the time to make their voice heard. For us, that is perhaps even more important than the score itself.

Made Momentum-own

We did not just use the survey as it comes out of the box. We also added extra questions about our own core values. That made the survey truly Momentum-own.

Because for us, culture is not a poster on the wall. It is in the way people collaborate, take responsibility and enjoy their work. You see that in our teams, in our office and in how we help customers. Knowledgeable, proactive, engaged and with a smile.

Proud, but not done

This certification is a great recognition, but not an endpoint. We will keep using the results to improve. Where can we make work more enjoyable, smarter and better? Where can we support colleagues even better? And how do we make sure new people immediately feel part of Momentum?

That is exactly what Vera Kruiper, HR Business Partner EMEA, will actively work on together with Corstiaan van Aalst, our Happy People Ambassador EMEA.

The certification also helps us to show the outside world who we are. For candidates considering joining Momentum EMEA, it says something important: you are joining an organisation that takes work enjoyment, trust and development seriously.

We make people happy

For us, Great Place to Work is not a badge to flaunt. It is a confirmation of our culture.

A culture in which people are given responsibility. Where hard work goes hand in hand with humour. Where ambition and attention coexist. And where we believe that technology only really works when the people behind it enjoy what they do.

That is what we are proud of.

Momentum EMEA is Great Place to Work certified.

And that makes us, well, just a little bit happy.
